Podikizhi
Podikhizi, also known as Podikizhi or Choorna Swedam, is a popular Ayurvedic therapy that involves the application of heated herbal powders in cloth bundles over the body.
Manalkizhi
Manal kizhi(with sand) is effective in the treatments of arthritis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis and frozen shoulder.
Navrakizhi
Cooked rice is used in the Navara Kizhi therapy and is stuffed into a cotton bolus. After applying medicated oil to the bolus, the body is gently massaged to induce perspiration.
Kadikizhi
Kadikizhi is a very effective ayurvedic treatment where the patient’s whole body is massaged with muslin poultices that are stuffed with powdered pulses and seeds.
Manjalkizhi
Manzal kizhi is a special Keralian swedana karma (sudation therapy). It repairs and nourishes the damage and degeneration of nerve plexus.
Narangakizhi

Shirodhara
Shirodhara comes from the two Sanskrit words “shiro” (head) and “dhara” (flow). It’s an Ayurvedic healing technique that involves having someone pour liquid — usually oil, milk, buttermilk, or water — onto your forehead. It’s often combined with a body, scalp, or head massage.

Pizhichil
In this treatment a piece of cloth is dipped in warm medicated oil and is then squeezed and poured onto the patient followed by a rejuvenating massage. This treatment helps in circulation of blood and also removes all the toxins through sweat.
Udgharshanam
Udgharshana serves the purpose of exfoliation and removes dead cells and debris, dirt and dust from the cells of the skin and tissues below the skin.
Uro Vasti
Uro vasti is a specialized Ayurvedic therapy used to treat various disorders related to chest region like Heart Conditions, Respiratory disorders, Asthma, Heavy Smokers, Breathlessness etc.
Shirovasti
Shirovasti is for the treatment of ear issues and Vata-based damage to the cranial nerves.
Janu Vasti
Janu Vasti is a treatment in Ayurveda that involves holding warm herbal oil or medicated ghee on the knee joint for a certain period of time.
Talapothichil
Thalapothichil is a special procedure of application of medicated paste on the head. Thalapothichil is also called as Shirolepa (an ointment to head/ head pack)

Greeva Vasti
Greeva Vasti is a warm oil treatment for neck pain by bathing the neck in healing medicated oils over a period of time to nourish the muscles and tissues and provide pain relief.
Kativasti
Kati Vasti is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that involves retaining warm medicated oil over the lower back area.
Dhanyamla Dhara
Dhanyamla is kept lukewarm during the full course of the treatment procedure. The therapy is very effective in kapha-vata predominant conditions.
Netra Dhara
It is a special cleansing technique of pouring herbal decoctions in a continuous stream over the eyes for 20 minutes.
Netra Tharpanam
‘Netra tharpanam’ involves the external administration of vital herbal concoctions that are prepared by mixing special herbs in oils.
Nasyam

Pichu
Pichu is a palliative Treatment for ailments of the whole body. During this treatment, a long, thick layer of cotton wool soaked with warm medicated oil is applied over the affected area.

Matra Vasti
A matra vasti treatment consists of abhyangam—an oil massage (my vaidyar hates the word massage) with a vayu decreasing oil—that is suited to your prakriti.
Karnapooranam

Kashaya Dhara

Kshaya Vasti
Kashaya Vasthi therapy is normally done after a course of Matra Vasthi. This is a cleansing enema where a combination of honey, oil, herbal paste, herbal decoction, etc. is administered as per the patient’s requirement and condition.
